وصل النبي ﷺ إلى المسجد الأقصى وربط البُراق عند الباب. ولما دخل وجد الأنبياء جميعاً من آدم إلى عيسى عليهم السلام في انتظاره. فأقيمت الصلاة، وقدّمه جبريل عليه السلام ليصلّي بهم إماماً.
نبينا ﷺ خاتم الأنبياء وإمامهم.
وصل النبي ﷺ إلى المسجد الأقصى، فربط البُراق في الحلقة التي كانت تربط بها الأنبياء دوابّهم. ولما دخل المسجد كانت المفاجأة: الأنبياء والرسل من آدم إلى عيسى عليهم السلام قد جمعهم الله في انتظاره. فأقيمت الصلاة، وأخذ جبريل عليه السلام بيد نبينا محمد ﷺ فقدّمه إماماً، فصلّى بالأنبياء جميعاً. وكان هذا المشهد إعلاناً بأنه خاتم النبيين وإمامهم، وأن رسالته للناس كافّة.
قال تعالى يوثّق الرحلة: ﴿سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَىٰ بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا مِّنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ﴾.
ماذا يعني أن يصلّي الأنبياء كلهم خلف إمام واحد؟

The Prophet (pbuh) reached al-Aqsa Mosque and tied al-Buraq at the door. When he entered, he found all the prophets from Adam to Isa waiting for him. The prayer was called, and Jibril brought him forward to lead them.
Our Prophet (pbuh) is the last of the prophets, and their imam.
The Prophet (pbuh) reached al-Aqsa Mosque and tied al-Buraq to the ring the prophets used for their mounts. When he entered the mosque, there was the surprise: the prophets and messengers from Adam to Isa, gathered by Allah, waiting for him. The prayer was called, and Jibril took the hand of our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and brought him forward as imam, and he led all the prophets in prayer. That scene was an announcement that he is the seal of the prophets and their imam, and that his message is for all people.
Allah records the journey: ﴿سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَىٰ بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا مِّنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى﴾.
