لما جهّزوا الزاد لم يجدوا ما يربطونه به، فقامت أسماء بنت أبي بكر رضي الله عنهما فشقّت نطاقها — أي حزامها — نصفين: ربطت بنصفه الزاد، وشدّت بالآخر ثيابها. فدعا لها النبي ﷺ بنطاقين في الجنة، فسُمّيت ذات النِّطاقين.
الحل الذكي أحياناً في يدك أنت.
لما جهّز النبي ﷺ وأبو بكر زادهما للسفر لم يجدا ما يربطان به السُّفرة وسقاء الماء. فقامت أسماء بنت أبي بكر رضي الله عنهما ففكّت نطاقها — وهو حزام تشدّ به ثيابها — وشقّته نصفين: ربطت بنصفٍ الزاد، وشدّت بالنصف الآخر ثيابها. فقال لها النبي ﷺ داعياً: أبدلك الله بهما نطاقين في الجنة، فسُمّيت من يومها «ذات النِّطاقين». ولما جاء أبو جهل يسأل عن أبيها ثبتت ولم تدلّه على شيء.
قال تعالى: ﴿وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ﴾.

When they packed the provisions they had nothing to tie them with, so Asma bint Abi Bakr took her belt, tore it in two, tied the food with one half and her clothes with the other. The Prophet (pbuh) prayed that Allah give her two belts in Paradise, and she was called “She of the Two Belts”.

When the Prophet (pbuh) and Abu Bakr had packed their provisions, they had nothing to tie the food bag and the waterskin with. So Asma bint Abi Bakr untied her nitaq — the belt she fastened her clothes with — and tore it in two: with one half she tied the provisions, and with the other she fastened her clothes. The Prophet (pbuh) prayed for her: may Allah give you two belts in their place in Paradise. From that day she was called “She of the Two Belts”. And when Abu Jahl came asking about her father, she held firm and told him nothing.
Allah says: ﴿وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ﴾ — “the believing men and women are allies of one another.”
