أول ما نزل من القرآن على النبي ﷺ في غار حراء خمس آيات من سورة العلق، أولها ﴿اقْرَأْ﴾.

The first word: Read

The first of the Quran to come to the Prophet ﷺ, in the cave of Hira, was five verses of Surah Al-Alaq, beginning with ﴿Read﴾.
