The first thing revealed of the Quran commanded learning and reading. Among the last to come down is a verse reminding us of the return to Allah — and scholars report more than one answer for which was truly last.
Sahih al-Bukhari (3) and Sahih Muslim (160); and Al-Baqarah 281 from Ibn Abbas
That the first revelation was Iqra is established in both Sahihs. What came last is reported several ways, the best known being Al-Baqarah 281 from Ibn Abbas, with the verse of debt also named — which is why the card says among the last rather than claiming certainty.
