أقول الحقيقة لأن الله يحب الصادقين.
في المدرسة سأل المعلم: من نسي الواجب؟ شعر طفل بالخجل، لكنه تذكر أن الله يحب الصادقين. رفع يده وقال الحقيقة بأدب، ثم وعد أن ينظم وقته. الصدق قد يكون صعبًا لحظة قصيرة، لكنه يجعل القلب خفيفًا، ويجعل الناس يثقون بنا. ومن آمن أن الله يسمعه ويراه، اختار الحقيقة.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَسورة التوبة: ١١٩
الصدق يشمل الكلام، والوعد، والاعتراف بالخطأ.

I tell the truth, because Allah loves those who are truthful.
At school the teacher asked: who forgot the homework? A child felt shy, but remembered that Allah loves the truthful. He raised his hand, told the truth politely, and promised to organise his time. Telling the truth can be hard for a short moment, but it makes the heart light, and it makes people trust us. And whoever believes that Allah hears him and sees him chooses the truth.
Truthfulness covers speech, keeping a promise, and admitting a mistake.
