أتكلم بلطف، وأجعل خلقي دليلًا على إيماني.
في وقت اللعب أخطأ صديق في اللعبة، فضحك بعض الأطفال عليه. تذكر طفل أن المسلم لا يسخر ولا يجرح، فقال بلطف: لا بأس، جرّب مرة أخرى. حسن الخلق يظهر في كلمة هادئة، واعتذار صادق، واحترام الكبير، ورحمة الصغير. الإيمان في القلب يخرج على اللسان واليدين والوجه.
وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍسورة القلم: ٤
مدح الله خلق النبي ﷺ، فكان حسن الخلق بابًا عظيمًا للاقتداء به.

I speak gently, and I let my character be the proof of my faith.
During play a friend made a mistake in the game, and some of the children laughed at him. One child remembered that a Muslim does not mock and does not wound, and said kindly: never mind, try again. Good character shows in a calm word, a sincere apology, respect for an elder and mercy for a younger one. Faith in the heart comes out on the tongue, in the hands and in the face.
Allah praised the character of the Prophet ﷺ, which makes good character a great door to following him.
